Loadout guides

Airsoft Kits

A kit is an order of operations, not a shopping list. These guides build a complete, functional loadout in the sequence that actually works: protection first, rifle second, everything else last.

The most common mistake new players make is buying the rifle first and everything else afterwards. That order guarantees you turn up with an expensive replica and no way to carry water, no gloves, and goggles that fog on the first push through bracken. A kit works from the outside in: eyes, hands, feet, then the rifle and its support items.

The three tiers below are not a shopping list from a single retailer. They are the minimum practical set for a given way of playing. Add to them once you have played a few game days and know what actually annoys you.

Three Kits, Three Ways to Play

Start with the first tier. Only move up when you know why you need to.

First season

Starter Skirmish Kit

Everything needed for a first walk-on day at a woodland site, without a single cosmetic purchase.

  • Rated full-seal eye protection
  • One spring or AEG rifle within site limits
  • Two spare magazines and a speedloader
  • BBs in a sealed bottle, 0.25g or 0.28g
  • Gloves and ankle-supporting boots
  • Water bottle and a sling
Role specific

Woodland Sniper Kit

Built around a bolt action rifle and staying hidden rather than carrying everything you own.

  • Bolt-action rifle at 380–420 FPS, chronographed
  • Fixed 4x or 1–4x scope with long eye relief
  • Folding bipod and a weight-spreading sling
  • Ghillie scarf or head veil, not a full suit
  • Lens cloth, silicone oil, barrel cleaning rod
  • Radio with an earpiece for squad comms
Team play

Marksman Support Kit

For the player providing overwatch inside a squad, where follow-up shots matter as much as silence.

  • AEG precision rifle with a programmable trigger
  • Two batteries and a smart charger
  • Mid-capacity magazines and a chest rig
  • Range card and a compact rangefinder
  • Knee pads and a hydration bladder
  • Spare rifle as a backup in the vehicle
